•No Paid Inclusion: Businesses cannot pay to be included in the standard directory. Inclusion is based on eligibility as a legitimate New Jersey business.

•No Obligation to Pay: Users and businesses are under no obligation to purchase any service or feature to maintain a standard listing.

•Future Paid Services: While the core directory remains free, we reserve the right to introduce optional, premium, or paid features (e.g., enhanced profiles, advertising) in the future. Any such services will be clearly marked and require explicit user consent.

2. Disclaimer of Endorsement

The inclusion of any business in the NJ Business Index does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by the NJ Business Index. We are a directory service, not a vetting or rating agency.

•User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any business listed on the Service.

•Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we rely on businesses to provide correct information. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing.
